When you first arrive at Corey Family Martial Arts of Indian Trail – all you need are some comfy athletic clothes and a water bottle. We’ve got the rest covered.

You might be nervous about your first class. That’s perfectly normal! As soon as you see how kind and welcome the instructors and other students are – that nervousness turns into excitement. 

No matter your fitness level, you can train here. It’s a designed-for-you private training session, so you can go at your own pace. Some advance faster, others slower. That’s okay. 

What’s important is that you’re having fun, challenging yourself, reaching your goals, and growing stronger inside and out.

This program is literally designed with you in mind!  Our fitness and corrective movement instructors are caring and attentive to every student’s concerns. Suffering from lower back pain, neck & shoulder pain, joint stiffness, or muscle weakness is what we are specifically trying to improve with the training!

We’re not medical professionals, so any serious concerns should be discussed with your doctor first– but we are typically designing exercise programs to target your “pain areas” to improve their stability and strength, in order to relieve pain and stress.
